Almost every freediver wants to feel comfortable and safe under the surface of water, therefore they want to use quality and perfect designed products made with love. I am no exception. I discovered that many boutique brands are located outside Europe and are therefore not easily available. Freedive Solutions is my answer to make great products more accessible and helping the freediving
community grow!


My name is Peter van Veen (1984) and my professional career is marked by a very broad practical experience in the areas of sales, distribution and marketing. Communication and an entrepreneurial spirit are the threads of my professional life. Having worked for fast growing and evolving start- and /scale-ups to smaller boutique distributors I have agained broad experience in commercial account management.

From setting up distribution chains from the get-go in retail/omni-channel formulas pioneering into existing markets with at that time refurbished Apple products, to expanding sales in different countries using a tailor made strategy per region for an
international distributor based in the Netherlands which represents various high-end brands within the bicycle industry.

My experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer enables me to utilize these two improving the complete chain/synergy. The daily contact with dealers and suppliers have given me the opportunity to acquire strong
interpersonal skills, as well as to enhance my negotiation skills in order to get the expected results. This background has offered me the chance to build a skillset to help you achieve more.


DFA is the Dutch representation of AIDA International (Association Internationale pour le Développement de l’Apnée). I am boardmember of the DFA and it is our mission is to make freediving better known in the Netherlands. We organize competitions, clinics, fundives and events.
